• Cost is $100/day for 100 square feet (10'x10') of prime, outdoor space.
• The fees collected generate a small amount of revenue for the Calgary Downtown Association (CDA) and are reinvested into maintenance, community programming and pageantry along Stephen Avenue Walk.
• The earlier you contact us, the more likely your application will be approved.
• Please include as much information as possible on your application.
• If you would like to book space between Thursday, July 8 and Sunday, July 18 2010 it may not be available as this is an extremely busy time in Calgary due to the Calgary Stampede.

Submission Checklist

• Completed Application REQUIRED
• Proof of $2,000,000 Liability Insurance REQUIRED
• Rough sketch layout if you require more than 100 square feet (10'x10')
• If City of Calgary road closures are needed the Calgary Downtown Association will apply on your behalf

Please note that your application cannot be approved until both your completed Application and your Proof of Insurance have been received.
