Outreach

A partnership between the Calgary Downtown Association (CDA) and the Victoria Park BRZ has developed the Outreach program, a system used to aid issues that affect the downtown core.

Outreach is a program that works in conjunction with various community organizations (CUPS, Mustard Seed, the DI, and Inn from the Cold) to assist their clients.

Outreach workers act as liaisons with social service programs, clients on the street, and the Calgary Downtown Association.

The objective is to work in collaboration with these programs to help potential clients secure needed resources and reduce dependency on emergency services.
